defrost refridgerator and replace air filter

Hi Terry,
Thank you for your question. If the freezer section of your refrigerator is too warm, you may have malfunctioning temperature sensors. You will need to unplug the refrigerator from the electrical outlet, so you can remove and test them for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting. Once you have removed the temperature sensors from the refrigerator, place them in ice water for 5 minutes before testing. The amount of resistance in a temperature sensor varies based on what their surface temperature is when they are measured. The range below only applies to temperature sensors measured at 32 degrees F. Once they are at 32 degrees F, touch the multimeter’s probes to the terminals on the sensor. The test should produce a reading of 16,600 ohms (+/- 5 percent). If you receive a reading outside this range, you will need a replacement temperature sensor. We hope this helps!
The mullion on the left door doesn’t spring back when the door is opened. Are there springs in the mullion, or do I need to replace the entire mullion.
