We noticed after starting a wash cycle that the "clean" led light wasnt on at the end. Open the dishwasher it seemed to be in dry mode since there was heat, dishes looked clean but there was abnormal amount of water left that wasnt drained. Naturally i checked for clogs none found. Replaced the drain motor. Wondering what else could be causing this.

Hello Nick, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the following parts first. Heating Element Part Number: 154825001, High Limit Thermostat PartSelect Number: PS2331123, Float Switch PartSelect Number: PS3492842. If those parts are fine, the issue could be with the main control board. I hope this helps!

Every few cycles, my dishwasher stops during the initial rinse cycle. The cycle stops, water is left in the tub, and the detergent dispenser does not open. If I press the Cancel button for 3 seconds, the water drains just fine (good flow into the sink disposer, no blockages in drain or filters). I can then run a cycle normally. A few days later, this same thing happens.

The detergent door doesn't open during the entire wash cycle.

Hi Gary, thank you for reaching out. Make sure the dispenser is not obstructed. Tall items like cookie sheets and cutting boards placed in the lower rack can block the dispenser, preventing the detergent from dispensing. Verify that the dispenser is not simply clogged with caked-on detergent and give it a good cleaning if necessary. If this does not help, then it could be a faulty detergent dispenser PS11770487. You should check for signs of damage, and replace if necessary. We hope this helps.

The spray arm would fall off during the washing cycle.
Repair was simple. I unscrewed the old grommet which held the old spray arm and screwed-on the new one. About 30 seconds was required. Other people having this problem should note that the spray-arm is made of three pieces which are inseparable when the arm is new. The arm is sold in this form. However, when your machine is having the problem that the arm falls off, the three pieces become separate. When you want to replace the spray arm, only one new part needs to be ordered because this part encompases all three components.

spray arm keeps melting
I have had to keep replacing the spray arm on the bottom of my dishwasher which takes like 2 seconds to do.. First you open the dishwasher and than pull the bottom basked forward and reach down and pull the spray arm up and pop the bottom of the spray arm off and put it on the new spray arm and slip it back into the dishwasher over the thing that makes it spin around.. but the tricky part is and I didn't know this and this is why my dishwasher spray arm kept falling over and melting on the heating element.. you have to turn it till it clicks in.. and your done..
