One of the knows for a burner won't turn. It's stuck on. Had to turn the gas off.

Thank you for your question. If the burner knob is stuck and will not turn, try pulling the knob off the burner valve shaft. You may need to use a little force to remove it. Once you have removed it, clean both the knob and the shaft it attaches to. If you need to replace the knob, the part number listed for it is PS9495257.
