OVEN STOPPED WORKING, SHOWS F-14, ALSO THE CONTROL TOP IS VERY SENSITIVE TO EVEN WATER DRIPPING ON IT. BEGINS BEEPING
For model number EW30ES6CGS6
Hey Barb, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and found that error code F14 indicates a communication error between the control board and the display board. Make sure the cables are well connected at both ends. If this is not causing the issue, then you may need to replace Relay Board, part number PS1991657. We hope this helps! If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Thanks again for your great question.
My stove beeps continuously with an E15 error code. The stove top will not turn on but the oven works as usual. Can you tell me the issue associated with e15 and what part is needed.
For model number EW30ES6CGS6
Hi Graham, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the E15 error code indicates that the display interface control board is not communicating with the main control board properly. We would recommend checking that the wire connection between the user interface control board and the main control board is securely plugged in. If this is not the issue, we would suggest replacing the user interface control board, part number PS3419432, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
We have an error 15. Research indicates we need to replace the electronic surface element control unit. Can you please confirm what part number we need. We found p/n 3164439 on the unit and p/n 3164439?? on your website - assuming this is the correct part?

Hi Torie, the compatible part is # 316443916. It is likely either this board, the wiring harness or the control board that needs replacement. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
The oven broil element goes on instead of the bake element. Does not matter what is selected, the broil element always comes on. No error codes. What part is require for my model and do you have it in stock?
For model number EW30ES6CGS6
Hello, Thank you for your question. You will need to check the connections to ensure they are not burned or messed up in any way, if they are fine you will need to check the bake element, you can test that with a multimeter. If that tests out, you will need to replace the control board. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair.

First we removed two screws under the rim of the range top to open the lid. Also note which holes they were in, they are marked according to the differ

Repair was quite easy, as long as you have the instructions for removing the door. The screws that hold the bottom of the door to the fixed hinge are placed into the side of the hinge assembly after removal; this holds the door at a 45 degree angle for easy removal. After that, just place the door on a flat surface and dismantle the door

The door assembles easily after the glass is replaced; just take your time and give yourself enough room to lay out the parts as you go. Good luck!
