I had the temperature probe professionally replaced. I don’t get the F10 error code but a 350 degree oven over heats to 550 and then I turn it off. Thank you.

Hello Kathy, Thank you for your inquiry. The F10 error means that the electronic control board has detected a runaway temperature. It is usually caused by the temperature sensor, the control board, or the wiring. We recommend checking the wiring harness for any visible damage and to make sure the connections are secure. There are two temperature sensors within this model, one in the body of the oven and the other in the drawer that both detect the temperature within the oven cavity. You can test the sensors with a multimeter. If both test good for continuity, then you may need to replace the control board. Good luck with your repair.
