I50 code: What part will I need to repair my dish washer? Before I pull it apart? If graphite bearings are the issue? Would this be pump shaft seal?

Hello Elbert, Thank you for the question. The i50 Error code indicates a faulty or blocked Circulation Pump. We suggest removing the pump to clear any debris and if clear, the pump may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Hello Ron, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, it’s usually due to a power glitch, control lock activation, or a fault in the main control board. Start by turning the dishwasher off at the circuit breaker for about five minutes to reset the electronics. Next, check if the control lock (child lock) is enabled, look for a padlock icon on the display, and if present, press and hold the “Air Dry” button for 3–5 seconds to unlock it. If the panel is still flashing, make sure the door latch is fully closing, as the dishwasher won’t start if the control thinks the door is open. If none of these steps restore operation, the main control board is likely faulty and may need replacement. The part number is PS11723206. We hope this solves your problem!
