took the outside case off and took 4 screws out to remove the black plastic brackets. Loosed the metal frame holder. Remove all the broken pieces of the fan. Then removed a nut and a lock washer remove the broken fan. Replace the fan put the lock washer and nut back on and reassembled the brackets and outside case. Put unit back into the window and it was a good as new. Thanks Part Select for all your help I received the part the very next day.
