Our vent has started slipping when we raise it. We have to manually pull it past the slipping point.
Is there a repair for this?

My vent will not stop going up and down unless you unplug it. I’m told that is a limit switch which is not available and therefore the unit cannot be repaired.
Is this accurate or are these parts available and replaceable?

Hello Les, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the vent up/down Switch, part number PS16632154. It raises and lowers the vent when you push the switch button. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
