The electric element burned through. A new one was installed but the appliance man is having difficulty finding the fuse to complete the repair. What we need is the fuse.

I did not do the repair since the part shipped was not the correct one. I have contacted Customer Service by phone and mail and nothing has been resolved.
I would, at least, like to return the incorrect part. An new one would be great but not holding out hope.

Dacor sent a different bulb # which I CANNOT get back into the oven.

I have contacted Dacor repeatedly with no response, by both phone and left my return contact and email. I could not be more disappointed in Dacor. All this for a problem which is listed as a home maintenance issue. A light bulb for $41.77 that I cannot install.
