The wash cycles are interrupted and do not complete because the dish soap dispenser doesn't open. Does that indicate replacing the relay switch for the dispenser or replacing the control board?

Hi Susan, thank you for reaching out. Before replacing the control board, we would suggest checking the detergent dispenser, part number PS11770680. The relay switch comes attached to it. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

How do you remove filter assemble from bottom

Hi Mike, thank you for reaching out. Please follow the given instructions to remove the filter assembly: First, take out the bottom spray arm and glass trap by pulling up on each one. To remove the fine soil filter, start by taking out the two screws, then lift it up and away. Next, take out the two screws holding the coarse soil filter in place. Now, take out the three screws holding the filter assembly in place; the filter assembly will then slide out. We hope this information helps!

Unscrewed 4 phillips screws from top of outer door.
Unscrewed 2 screws each siide of door.
Lower outer door section drops away.
Note wiring sequence on dispenser, then disconnect wires.

I was able to pull out the top basket were the glasses are put then I lined up the back and the center plastic clip an slid on the center spray arm. It took about 2 miniutes
