how do you change the fuse and where is it?
For model number EI30BM6CPSB
Hello Costas, Thank you for asking. The Fuse is located on a fuse board on the right side of the unit behind the control panel. Once the power has been disconnected the microwave will need to be set on a flat surface. The vent grill and microwave cover will need to be removed to access the fuse located at the top of the right-hand side. The appliance will hold a charge that can be dangerous, even with the appliance unplugged. We advise to use caution. Good luck with the repair!

First thing I dir was search YouTube for any related videos and found this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHj4H9Fdxrc, it was the exact problem my microwave was exhibiting. Thermostat bad....but couldn't fix it
My grandfather who is well versed as an electrician checked my microwave out because it wasn't worked. He used a multimeter to check electric current to parts in the microwave. He said a specific thermostat was not getting any current going through. I ordered that replacement part from this site and when it came in it didn't have curre

nt running through it either. He said he thought the part that was given to me was faulty. I called this companies number to ask some questions but the machine said they aren't taking any inquiry calls because of the pandemic right now. So I currently don't know what the problem is with my microwave. I want to return the part but unfortunately during Christmas time the packaging got thrown away. So as of right now I'm out the part money and probably money to buy a new appliance.
