The cool zone drawer is too cold. It is consistently freezing, some items that are placed in the drawer.

Hello Jean, thank you for the question. We find the Humidity Sensor PS899557 as a possible cause. If you want to measure resistance, the reading will higher than 12k ohms. If it is NOT showing these numbers, you'll need to replace the sensor. We hope this helps.
