freezer wasn't cooling
Unpluged the freezer
Removed the knob from the thermostat.
Removed the nut securing the thermostat
Removed the wires from the thermostat
Removed the sensing bulb from the bottom of the freezer by sliding it out, after marking with tape to get the insertion length.
Secured the new thermostat with the new nut ... Read more and threaded the new sensing bulb thru the plastic loops and inserted it 15 inches into its holder.
Snapped the wiring back on the thermostat and plugged freezer back in.
