Freezer is turned on, i can hear and feel it running. But not getting cold inside. How to fix?
For model number EH100FXVN00

Hello Harold, Thank you for your question. Our source suggest that it is likely a faulty thermostat in the freezer that is causing the freezer to not get cold. Its possible as well that the frost build up is blocking the compressor from blowing cold air into the freezer as well, so we suggest checking both parts for faults. We hope this helps.

Keep searches simple. Use keywords, e.g. "leaking", "pump", "broken" or "fit".
freezer wasn't cooling
Unpluged the freezer
Removed the knob from the thermostat.
Removed the nut securing the thermostat
Removed the wires from the thermostat
Removed the sensing bulb from the bottom of the freezer by sliding it out, after marking with tape to get the insertion length.

Secured the new thermostat with the new nut and threaded the new sensing bulb thru the plastic loops and inserted it 15 inches into its holder.
Snapped the wiring back on the thermostat and plugged freezer back in.
