Temperature: seems to be taking forever to reach temp selected.....hit or miss that it gets to 350 degrees and then stays there.

I did not do the repair since the part shipped was not the correct one. I have contacted Customer Service by phone and mail and nothing has been resolved.

I would, at least, like to return the incorrect part. An new one would be great but not holding out hope.
