Heavy light keeps flashing

Hello Sean, thank you for the question. The heavy light flashing indicates there is too much water in the dishwasher, which normally points to a problem with the draining system. Clean the filter. The filter assembly at the bottom of the tub. Food debris clogs it and prevents draining. Remove, rinse, and scrub it clean. If the drain hose is clogged or cracked, it will cause water to build up inside, which trips the float switch and triggers the flashing heavy light. If these steps do not help, you may need to replace the float switch, part number PS12085623, to fix the issue. We hope this is what you were looking for!
