This stainless steel shredding disc is an original part from Cuisinart which was designed for use in food processors to cut and shred a variety of ingredients to a uniform size. To replace this part, simply remove the current disc from the appliance and place the new disc over the motor shaft. The part can be secured in place by pushing down on the rim of the disc.
