The basket at the bottom appears to be falling apart. Plastic parts holding dishes in place are breaking...how can this be repaired?

This is not a repair for the faint of heart. You will have to pretty much disassemble the entire dishwasher to replace the main pump assembly. And it’s not cheap, between the pump assembly and the hose...it was over $300...

1) Unplugged unit
2) isolate water supply
3) slide unit out
4) disconnect water hose from dishwasher
5) carefully lay dishwasher on iaccess door.
6) unscrew and open access panel at the bottom
7) unscrew (2) screws attaching supply valve to the dishwasher
