This is a genuine OEM replacement part designed for Dynabrade sanders. This part is made out of rubber material and it is sold individually. Ideal for PSA-type disc adhesion. Remove abrasive adhesive paper liner and press abrasive to vinyl-face sanding pad. Please note balancer shaft used to attach it to the sander is sold separately.
