the fridge is not making ice or putting out water, the solenoid at the bottom -back of the fridge is pulling in and water is going through into the tube - but that is it - THANK YOU
Hi Keith, thank you for reaching out. First, you may need to make sure that the water tube is not clogged or broken and that the water filter is clean. Also, make sure that the water pressure is suitable enough for the ice maker and dispenser to work. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the water inlet valve, part number PS12744135, as it may not be opening properly. If this part is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this is helpful!
Hi Dan, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend checking the water inlet valve and water lines for clogging first. If these are fine, the issue is most probably with the ice maker assembly, part number PS16874486. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
