How to adjust flames on gas burner stove top
For model number CGS990SET7SS
Hello Mary, Thank you for the question. Pull the control knob off, if there is an adjustment screw in the center of the shaft. We hope this helps!

installed new ignitor in lower oven, worked once, sparked at ignitor area, then control board went blank. installed new control board and ignitor. Upper oven works, lower oven ignitor won't glow
For model number CGS990SET7SS
Hello Robert, thank you for your question. Part PS11725184 is the upper igniter in your upper oven. Part PS11725183 is the lower igniter in your upper oven. Part PS4704151 is the lower igniter in your lower oven. There has been several cases of the lower oven not lighting. It could be that a hole melted in the Deflector PS11700866 is breaking the igniters. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Oven Lamp Holder Burned
removed two phillips screws. Unplugged electrical connections replaced unit from PartSelect. They sent holder cover and new bulb (surprise). Great store with great directions.

Bottom oven wouldn't warm up
Remove the door for easier access. Remove the fan cover from the back of the oven (about 6 Phillips head screws). Remove the bottom cover (2 5/16" screws). Lift the cover from the back and slide out.
