Why can I only develop only about 80 psi and the compressor just keeps running. There are no leaks any where. Thanks

Hello Joe, thank you for your question. One of the Gauges could be faulty. There are two and one is part A17166, 1.5, 300psi 1/8 Bkmt and the other is A17135, 1.5 200psi 1/8 Bkmt. Also, check to see if the Pressure Switch Assembly N003307SV to functioning properly. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. The fan blade flew off the motor shaft and shattered. I need to replace it, but do not need the entire motor assembly. Is this possible?

Disassemble plastic housing around compressor unit using appropriate tools. Remove the four bolts from the compressor head using a 5/16 nut driver. Carefully remove head assembly including airline. Remove bolt through rod bearing with Allen wrench.
Reassemble with new rod and piston assembly. Best to use blue locktite on bolt
