It is recommended to inspect the vent before each use and replace any blocked vent promptly. To complete this repair, remove the faulty vent from the fuel tank and clean the mounting area. Thread the new vent on to the tank and ensure it is locked in place.

This is an original part from Homelite. The lock nut (m8 x 1-1/4 mm) is compatible with many pressure washers, and is sold individually. The metal lock nut helps to secure various components of the pressure washer. A wrench, hex key and screwdriver are often needed for the installation.
