Need two door springs for upper door part number of door is 601.

My ice maker developed a leak at the top rear corner of the appliance. I removed a plastic cover the fill tube enters thru and there is a cheap rubber boot zip tied onto the end of the tube that injects water into the ice tray that’s cracked, replacements?
