No power to unit (receptacle checks good) Suspect I need a power board. Do you have one?

Hi Peter, thank you for reaching out. Our research show that you are correct the Control Board, part number PS8729211, should fix your issue. We hope this helps.
Our refrigerator/freezer is not defrosting and
freezing up the water dispenser. What should the resistance reading be for the defroster heating element and the thermostat sensor switch(next to the evaporator)? I ran a self test and it did not show any faults. Also the evaporator is covered in frost/ice, blocking airflow, causing refrigerator temp to go up.

Hello Carlos, thank you for writing. The Defrost Heater PS8733312 has circuit continuity if the multimeter reads about 10 to 150 ohms. If the circuit has continuity, then defrost heater is working fine. The Temperature Sensor PS8727544 should show resistance of 5K ohms at room temp of 77 degrees. The icing issue should be resolved by replacing the Defrost heater. We hope this helps.
Hello Mary, thank you for your question. There are a few different parts you will have to check to isolate the problem. They are the Main Control Board, PWB Main Assembly Control Board, Compressor, Evaporator Fan Motor, and Condenser Fan Motor. We hope this helps!

Suspected bad inverter, called repairman who confirmed it. Overnighted part, had to take some wires off old inverter & install on new part. Fairly simple 15 minute job
I mistakenly ordered the wrong part number online and the filter was too big. I called Part Select and the gentleman knew the correct part number and sent it. I also received directions for returning the incorrect part.
