Good morning my ac have power but not air coming

Hi Rajeshri, thank you for contacting us. We have researched the model, and it seems that the issue might be with the fan motor, part number PS12723331. In a properly working air conditioner, the fan draws air over the cold evaporator coils and re-circulates the air back into the room. If the circulating fan is not running or running too slow, little or no airflow over the evaporator coils might cause the coils to become too cold and frost, restricting the airflow. Checking the fan motor for continuity using a multimeter might help. Good luck with the repair!

I hace power going to the board but it will not turn on. Is it an issue of the interface?

When i turn it on heat it does nothing at all. If you turn to fan it kicks on, turn to cool it kicks on, turn it off it goes off. Yet on heat the display shows that heat and cool are on the same time and i can not get the temperature to go up or down. I do not know if it is just the board or if the whole unit needs replaced, any thoughts?
