Main problem was removing the cowling from the LG head unit as I had no instructions on how to do it. I had watched the previous technicians that had worked on the unit remove it. Ordered replacement part from Part Select. Part verified thru LG customer service. LG stated that connector on Part Select Thermistor assembly won't match the connector in the LG unit. Cut the connector from the defective Thermistor and spliced it into the Thermistor from Part Select. Unit works fine after repair.
