John - For model number APEL50LZQ1

The unit turns on, the fan works, but the exhaust air is cold, not warm, and it doesn’t collect nearly as much water as before. I haven’t taken it apart yet. Is the compressor the most likely suspect? It does collect a small amount of water. (We live on the central Oregon coast.)
Hello John, Thank you for reaching out. The Most common cause is dirty coils. Over time they can get a build up and can cause the issue with the air and collecting water. We hope this helps!

Stopped pumping water out and well actually won’t run for mayors than 1-3 minutes on any mode
Hi Matt, thank you for getting in touch. Check for kinks, pinches, or algae clogs in the external drain hose. If it is fine, then we would suggest checking the filter assembly, part number PS12172022. Restricted airflow causes the coils to overheat or freeze instantly. Clean the filter with warm, soapy water. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
