the selector switch knob stem broke off

well i first had to removed the screws that holds the housing for the selector control switch, then i notice seven wires connected to the switch, so then i removed one to one(removed one connect one ) until i got it all done. then put it all back together, it was very easy.............

control knobs broken

ordered 2 knobs alike; got sent 2 knobs not alike; but was able to utilize both. Now no longer need pliers to turn a/c on and off.
