Broken Selector Knob

First I removed the two screws that hold the AC cover this gave me access to the metal plate that holds the Selector Control Knob which was held by two screws. After removing the switch form the metal plate I swapped the wires over from the broken switch to the new one. It was a perfect match. Reassembled and the unit works fine.
