Filter light flashing even after it has been cleaned

Hello Iluminada, Thank you for the question. You will need to Press Reset Filter to turn off the LED and reset the accumulated run time. You may need to unplug the appliance, remove and replace the filter and then plug it back in to reset. We hope this helps.

The model number in my original receipt email is AHP10LZ, without the “Q1”. I want to order a replacement remote. Is AHP10LZQ1 the correct model number to use for a compatible remote?

The existing filter had not been cleaned regularly for about three (3) years, so it needed to be replaced.

I used a screw driver and pliers to remove the existing filter. Before installing the new filter, I vacuumed the front grill as well as the metal cooling coils to remove any dust or dirt.
