Ken - For model number AHH10APW1

I am getting an error code: E1 when I press the power button. Is this a part problem or something else? error codes are not listed in the manual on the GE website.

Hello Ken, Thank you for your inquiry. This error code indicates that the air filter needs to be cleaned on your unit. You can remove your filter and clean it with soap and water, then let it dry before replacing it. If you are unable to remove all the dirt, then you need to replace the filter.
