We have a window unit heat and air the circuit board will not come on you can push the button on the cord and it will light up the timer button for a few seconds and will go right back off

Rain dripped into the top of this window unit and the it got cold enough to freeze overnight. Now the air still works but the heater doesn’t come on at all. Could that be the display board or something else?

I have power coming from the breaker, through the reset switch on the plug but nothing will light up on the dosplay board. Unit was working fine until we had a power outage and when they turned the power back on is when it went blank. I was hoping it would just be a fuse but the one on the circuit board checks good. Any Recommendations on this. My luck it’s probably the circuit board

The unit will cool for a day then go to 86 no functions work. I'm wondering if its the main board or display board or both. Has been doing this since bought. Reset use to work now it doesn't, any insight would help.
