Can't turn on my AC/ heater with the button on front. I used to be able to use the remote control to turn on and off . Because I barely could see the LED lights.

THE COMPRESSOR WILL NOT STOP RUNNING!!!

Hi Fred, thank you for reaching out. We recommend checking the ambient temperature sensor. It monitors room air temperature. A failed thermistor can send "incorrectly high" temperature readings to the control board. The control board then keeps the compressor running indefinitely in an attempt to reach a target temperature that it thinks hasn't been met yet. You may need to replace it. The part number is PS12726870. We hope this solves your problem!

Heater don't get hot cold air coming out

Hello Eric, thank you for contacting us. A faulty thermistor can sense the wrong temperature and cause the heater to not turn on. You may need to replace the indoor thermistor, part number PS12726870. If that does not help, we would suggest replacing the thermal control, part number PS2374440. We hope this helps.
