Witch way does the filter face there are four tabs sticking out i think they go on the bottom faceing the inside of the ac. What is the best way to get filter out i don't want to break the filter getting it out where the filter goes there are tabs at top and bottom and also both sides witch i find it hard to get the filter out. Thank-you leo

Thank you for your question. Based on the information from your manual, "remove the air filter by opening the front panel and removing the air filter. Some models may have a filter that slides out instead and does not require opening of the front panel." Once you remove it, notice how it is positioned in the front panel, so you can install correctly when you are done cleaning it. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
