AC comes on for about 5 seconds all lights blinking with beeping sound
Chris Boyle Profile
Hi Dennis, thanks for reaching out. There are a few reasons you might be getting beeping noises and flashing lights. We recommend checking the power supply, outlet and connections to make sure the connections are secure. Secondly, check your filter. If it is dirty or clogged, it could be causing the AC to overheat. Also, if the WIFI module is faulty, it may cause the unit to blink and beep too. If you would like assistance placing an order, please contact Customer Service. Good luck with your repair!

The existing filter had not been cleaned regularly for about three (3) years, so it needed to be replaced.

  • Joel from Waynesboro, PA
  • Really Easy
  • 30 - 60 mins
  • Pliers, Screw drivers
I used a screw driver and pliers to remove the existing filter. Before installing the new filter, I vacuumed the front grill as well as the metal cooling coils to remove any dust or dirt. I then istalled the new filter by pushing it into the space in front of the metal cooling coils. No tools were required. I then replaced the front gr ill.
