When I plug in a/c control panel flashes on and off, when push start button it comes on and goes off, what is wrong and what part to fix it ? Thanks

We strongly recommend you contact the manufacturer, as they would have this information in their system. Ask them for the part number you require and contact back to see if it is something we carry. The filter button is red clean the filter is still red and does not work I turn it on but after a few minutes it turns off
