AT 70 PSI THE NAILER WORKS FINE FOR ABOUT 5 TO 6 PINS, THEN INSTEAD OF A NORMAL AIR RESPONSE, ALL I GET IS A PFST AND NO PIN DRIVEN.
IT'S BEEN USED VERY LITTLE.
For model number AF353
Hello John, thank you for getting in touch. We have concluded that the nailer is failing to fire correctly, likely due to a clog, a damaged firing mechanism, or an issue with the air supply. The "pfst" sound suggests a brief but failed air release, while the lack of pin drive indicates the tool is not applying enough force. We would recommend checking the trigger valve stem, part number PS16615782, to solve the problem. It controls the flow of compressed air, which in turn activates the nail driving mechanism. We hope this helps!
