My air-conditioning worked fine until my son took it went and washed it out now and I didn’t get a remote with him when I bought it that was that’s the model number I need a remote control for it at least that’s what a group said when I Google it I can’t it’ll come on, but it won’t. I can’t change the temperatures in staff.

ut said she would allow me to return it if it didn't. She sent the remote control out that day, I had it in 2 days. Not only did it totally solve the problem, it saved me a lot of money. Though these companies are not allowed to give technical advice, she was very helpful, friendly & efficient.
