ut said she would allow me to return it if it didn't. She sent the remote control out that day, I had it in 2 days. Not only did it totally solve the problem, it saved me a lot of money. Though these companies are not allowed to give technical advice, she was very helpful, friendly & efficient.

Slide ac out of its cage and open panel and change display panel and plug in 2 wires
