Hi, I ordered a top rail for this air conditioning. The top rail that came did not fit the air conditioner as the holes did not line up. I order part ps11759163. Let me know how we can fix this. Best, Eric

After calling other parts supply companies with not much help, I found a helpful representative at Parts Select. My unit is very old & not many parts are available, so I asked the rep if she thought just buying a remote control would solve the issue since it was obvious that the whole panel was not broken or unusable. Though these companies are not allowed to give technical advice, she was very helpful, friendly & efficient.
