We are in florida naples, i left the air conditioner for one month on my shed without running and without power, and now no cooler anymore. Filter good everything good not used too much

Thank you for your question. If your air conditioner is not cooling anymore, and the filter is fine, there are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. Depending on your model, you will also need to check the the temperature control, the fan motor, the electronic control board, capacitor and the thermistor. After calling other parts supply companies with not much help, I found a helpful representative at Parts Select. My unit is very old & not many parts are available, so I asked the rep if she thought just buying a remote control would solve the issue since it was obvious that the whole panel was not broken or unusable. Though these companies are not allowed to give technical advice, she was very helpful, friendly & efficient.
