My humidifier stopped pulling water. I have it on the lowest setting 35%. It will run for a while and the compressor is cycling in and out. It runs for about 5 or 10 minutes and then completely shuts off,even though the humidity reading on the unit is considerably higher .

Hello Mike, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend cleaning and replacing (if damaged) the filter, part number PS12172022. Also, this issue can be because of a faulty float, part number PS12172018. The float detects the level of water in the reservoir tank and will automatically stop the Dehumidifier when the tank becomes full.
