Fan runs but is not dehumidifying.
For model number ADER65LPQ1
Hello Tom, Thank you for the question. This is normally caused by a air flow issues. We suggest cleaning the Coils to make sure there is no build up. We hope this helps!

Support prong broke on float
1st of all, glued the broken prong that secured the float. Worked temporarily before breaking again. Started to trash the dehumidifier then looked online using the Model number. Parts select appeared thru the search and to my surprise, the part was available for under $20.00.

had to replace original water float as the connector broke off
my model is so old it is no longer part of the GE inventory but looking at the photos on line - which are very good and detailed - and chatting with on line help decided to go ahead and order and it fit perfectly
