Where is the filter?

Thank you for your question. The filter is located on the side if the dehumidifier. The part number for the filter is PS12172023. We hope this helps!
External drain connection how do I connect hose to it?

Hello Jerryy, thank you for getting in touch. Water can be automatically emptied into a floor drain by attaching a garden hose. To attach it, remove the bucket from the front of the unit. Open the drain cover on the side of the unit. Thread the garden hose onto the nozzle, cut it to length, and lead it to the floor drain. Replace the bucket in the unit.
