unit does not seem to be going through the washing , it fills with water , dumps the detergent , then nothing. It empties the water and when you open the door you find the detergent on the bottom.

My dishwasher only partially fills. The water is hot, but does not fill past the heating element. It dumps the soap. At the end of the cycle the soap is gone, the water is drained, but the dishes are dirty. The arms spin freely and are not clogged.

Hi Allison, thank you for getting in touch. Ensure that the water inlet valve is working properly. If it is fine, the issue could be with the float switch, part number PS11750031. It stops the flow of water into the dishwasher when activated. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
what keeps the rinse aid from dispensing?
we filled the rinse aid bucket a year ago and it's still full, therefore we determined that no rinse aid is being dispensed.
