unit does not seem to be going through the washing , it fills with water , dumps the detergent , then nothing. It empties the water and when you open the door you find the detergent on the bottom.

Hello Steve, Thank you for the question. This could be an indication the Circulation Wash Pump is not running and pumping the water to the arms during the wash cycle to wash the dishes. We suggest checking the pump to see if it has continuity and is running. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

can you explain to me how to stop my soap dispenser open up it sticks
For model number ADB1400AGW1
Hi Frank, thank you for reaching out. Considering the description of your problem, we would suggest making sure you switch off the dishwasher before adding detergent; otherwise, the detergent cup may not close and latch properly or open up during the cycle. This may cause it to stick. Press the Start/Reset pad twice to reset the dishwasher. The dishwasher will run for about 90 seconds while the unit pumps out; when finished, try closing the soap cup again. The issue might be caused by a faulty dispenser lever. If the dishwasher dispenser lever is broken, it may cause the dispenser not to open or close properly. The lever is included in the dispenser assembly, part number PS11754648, in this model. We hope this information helps!
