H2O will not go to drain hose And fills bucket. All gravity drain lines are open and unrestricted.

Hi Lee, thank you for the question. Ensure that the hose is properly installed and has a good connection. If the connection is loose, gently tighten the connection. Make sure not to push the hose too far into a drain, such as a standpipe, and if the hose comes into contact with water, it will not drain either. Pull out the hose until the hose outlet is above the waterline. Cut off any excess hose so that it is moving in a straight line to the drain. Avoid using an old or damaged hose. do not collect water; the fan runs ok

Hello Weldon, thank you for contacting us. Sometimes due to a clogged and damaged filter, such a problem arises. We would recommend replacing the filter, part number PS11738449. Also, inspect the valves and clean them. If the valve, part number PS11747411, is damaged, we would recommend replacing it.
