Thermostat Temperature Control
Part #8031115
This is a thermostat temperature control for an air conditioner. The thermostat is the device that controls the air conditioner. A thermostat maintains the set temperature by sensing surrounding air currents and switching heating or cooling devices on or off based on the desired temperature. If your setpoint temperature is not regulated, you may need to replace your thermostat temperature control. This part is approximately 2.5 inches in diameter and is made mostly of metal. This is a genuine OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Received the thermost from you in 2 days. (fast and reasonable shipping)

Removed 2 control knobs and front cover.

Removed 2 screws holding controls mounting plate. (About 3 X 6 inches in size)

Removed 2 screws holding thermostat in place.
Installed new trhermostat.

Checked the RAC and all was OK.

As a matter of fact, I had to wait for the wife to finish cleaning the front of the RAC.

I am 75years young, retired, repaired appliances for a a short period when I was young before becoming a Factory sales rep. for RCA corp.

I appreciate your fast service and accurately sending me the actual part that I ordered.

Thanks again,
Frank
