The fan works great yet but the the unit is not cooling any more. Can this unit be able to recharge the unit.

Hi Sharon, Thank you for your question. If your air conditioner is no longer cooling, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check filter, the fan motor, the temperature control thermostat and the capacitor. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

screw holes didn't line up
I received the part the very next day which was awesome, but when I went to install it, there was a connection discrepency on the back of the switch, and the screw holes were completely off in the front where it connects to the unit. I ended up taking the whole thing apart to try to put the old face with the right screw holes on the new part and ruined it.

No Control Of Temp.
The part was easy to remove and replace. Instructions were easy to understand. Once removed and replaced. The a/c worked great. I could control the temp and not be freezing all the time.
