The temperature is around 40 degrees in refrigerator.The bottom freezer is 10 degrees. Does it need a compressor relay?

If it is faulty, the fridge is too warm, and the freezer operates inefficiently, leading to subpar temperatures in both compartments as the system struggles to regulate an obstructed airflow path.
